Here it is!!! the Paleo Pyramid!! Are you ready to go? we are here at FTF. this is going to be an AWESOME challenge for all of us to clean up our nutrition for the next 30 days!!!
We did our taping and final shopping today Coach Hughes!!! Thanks for the WOD starters. We will have them posted and recording results 1st class tomorrow! We are still all psyched to get rolling on this....thanks for getting the ball started! -RP
