Also, I will be emailing out the sheets that Ryan said he would have for us yesterday. CF Gwinnett and Redpoint peeps--- shoot me an email at kevin@crossfitftf.com so I can add you to that email. it's a great sheet with seasonal Fruits and veggies as well as a Paleo "approved" food list...
